We can't wait for your little piece of Coastal Villa to land in your hands! Here's the lowdown on how we get it to you.
Processing Time
We post every single day from our boutique! Your order will be packed up and sent out within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) — usually it's more like 1–2 days, but please be patient with us during busy sale periods. If you order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we'll jump on it the next business day.
Shipping Cost
We keep it simple with a flat rate of $14.95 for shipping anywhere in Australia — and if your order's over $200, shipping's on us!
Just a heads up, a few of our bigger or bulkier items might attract a small extra shipping charge, but if that's the case you'll see it clearly at checkout before you pay, so there's never any surprises.
Delivery Times
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas (including our beautiful Yorke Peninsula): 5–7 business days
These are just a guide — things can occasionally take a bit longer during peak times or due to factors out of our control (we're looking at you, Australia Post).
Click & Collect
Local? Skip the shipping altogether and swing by the store! Pop "Click & Collect" in your cart at checkout and we'll have your order ready and waiting for you.

- Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, and Saturday 9am–2pm
We'll shoot you an email (or give you a call) the moment it's ready — just bring along your order confirmation when you pop in.
Tracking Your Order
The second your order ships, we'll send a tracking number straight to your inbox so you can watch it make its way to you.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel's gone missing or arrived a bit worse for wear, don't stress — just flick us an email at coastalvilla22@gmail.com and we'll sort it out together.
